Author Guidelines
Use this checklist to avoid desk rejection. Format and sectioning must match the Journal Template.
1. Language and length
- Manuscripts are accepted in English only.
- Article length: 4,000–7,000 words.
2. Required style
- Use APA 7th edition for in-text citations and the reference list.
- Submissions that do not follow these guidelines (including template and referencing) will be declined without review.
3. Mandatory template
Prepare your manuscript using the official Journal Template and keep its layout and section order. The template includes the journal header/metadata block, author and affiliation formatting, Article History fields, and the core section headings.
4. Manuscript structure (as per template)
Follow the template’s sequence and headings:
- Title (concise; reflects topic, key variables, and context)
- Author names with numbered affiliations
- Article History (Received, Revised, Accepted)
- Abstract (single paragraph; no citations)
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Problem Statement
- Research Question(s)
- Literature Review
- Theoretical Foundation (as relevant)
- Empirical Research / Methodology (include context, participants, instruments/materials, procedures, analysis, ethics)
- Results (with tables/figures where needed)
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgement (if any)
- References (APA 7)
- Appendix (only if necessary)
5. Tables, figures, and formatting
- Place tables and figures close to first mention and provide clear captions (for example, “Table 1…”, “Figure 1…”) consistent with the template.
- Ensure all visuals are high-resolution and readable in print and PDF.
6. Corresponding author rules
Each submission must nominate exactly one corresponding author (primary contact) who:
- handles all editorial communication
- receives the invoice
- receives the page proof and approves it
- ensures all metadata entered in the submission system are correct
7. Email and metadata requirements
- Use an institutional email address in both (a) the journal submission metadata and (b) the manuscript (corresponding author line).
- Check spam/junk folders regularly to avoid missed editorial messages.
8. Submission compliance checklist
- English; 4,000–7,000 words
- Template used; headings and layout retained
- APA 7 throughout (citations and references)
- One corresponding author only; institutional email shown in metadata and manuscript
- Tables/figures captioned and cited in-text
